I represent both buyers and sellers throughout King County in the

Purchase and Sale of single and multi-family residences, condominiums and townhomes.
I see my Real Estate practice as a very personal undertaking and apply the same
attitudes and passions to my day to day business that I apply to my own life.
I do not consider myself a salesman but rather a consultant, an advocate and a guide
in the process of buying and selling Real Estate.

The versatility and broad market perspective that I bring to the table
enable me to provide a wide range of comprehensive services to my clients.
These services are custom tailored to meet each individual client’s specific needs.
I am pleased to be able to work with a wide variety of clientele, from first-time home
buyers to seasoned real estate investors, in all price ranges. The beauty of
my job and why I enjoy it so much is that it is always a different
and interesting experience every time.

I was born and raised outside of Philadelphia and attended Penn State and UW, graduating with a BA in Psychology. With school behind me, I lived it up in San Francisco for five years, finally settling down in Seattle’s south end almost 20 years ago. For many years, I co-owned and operated a residential garden design and installation business – Froghouse Gardens – which is still in healthful existence. I’ve also designed and remodeled a few houses, managed businesses in the restaurant industry and worked in the mental health field. A career in Real Estate was something I had thought about for years, having been so close to it in my previous work. It is a unique profession that best suits my skills, experience and personality. After almost a decade of success in the business I continue to learn and grow and strive to be one of the leading experts in the area.
